If you are paying via PayPal or Amazon Pay, please log in to your PayPal or Amazon account to check the payment date. Your package will be delivered to you within 5 working days. If you have not received it after 7 working days, please contact us.

How do I return something to you from the UK?

Please contact us before sending the package to us. You can use our return label, you will not need to pay the postage. If you send us the package in other methods, we will return the shipping fee of up to 3 pounds to you in the form of a coupon.
